Echarge not done ..status pending... its been 24 hrs

Sir i did a recharge of rs 234 on my airtel number... u people charged 15 rs extra for tht, ...i paid tht, the amount is being deducted from my account bt the recharge status is still pending... i did this recharge because i needed it imediatelly n now its been 1 day... i want the recharge now ll u pls tell me whn ll this recharge be done... my track id is CB205885

i want the money... n trust me m not happy with ur service n if i din get my recharge done successfully ASAP m not goin to use ur website n ll tell everybody about it... so do it fast...
