Pocket internet/gprs is not working properly it is very slow.it can not open a site within 15 minuts

I activate aircel GPRS/pocket internet of 98rupees/month plan

Which contain free browsing and downloding. But it will going on very bad services when i try to open any site the site will not open properly it can open a site at one time it take more than three or more.
