Fradulent billing not solving complaints within discretion time

Hi,

I have been a tata docomo customer no for 3 years and the present mobile no I have been using for 1 year. The previous 2 years I was ok with the service, whatever charges being levied were precommunicated, in case i had used a service or they had activated one without my consent they would send a flash msg bill. I would call them back and give a piece of my mind and they'll credit it back to my account.

With this account for the past year, I had this problem that I will be charged 3-4 paisa more for every call as it ended. Then suddenly these couple of months, I could notice that on odd days Rs 1.5 0r 3 /- will be gone from my account. When I ask for last three deductions, only an sms of acknowledgment of request is sent. When I called the customer care rep said its data charges even though I had a Rs 95/- internet pack active then. The guy said this will not happen again when I asked for refund he said complaints dept is 198 and deducted Rs 0.5 /- for the call. I called 198 which only had a recorded voice in place of operator which asked me to mail [email protected].

After mailing to listen@docomo then to appalette, now I'm posting it here. I find plenty of complaints with same issue.

Perhaps TRAI should give a notice to telecommunication companies to send e-bills/mails for prepaid customers whose billing amount is greater than Rs 300/- for a monthly cycle.

My docomo no is 8792455240. My name is Benith.

My prepaid account is being billed without proper explanation on value added services in an obscure manner. the billing is not displayed immediately, I need to monitor balance everyday to spot them and when I report it the customer care, they charge Ps 50 /- and pass on the buck to complaints dept 198 which has a recorded voice to tell me to e-mail to this id.

I need all my billing from 01, June to be sent to this mail to examine if these fraudulent billing have been going on for a long time. I could never be charged for services other than voice and sms during this time since I did not ask for any other service and data usage was also covered by my Rs 95 /- inter-net pack and Rs 74 /- internet pack. If u cannot help me, tell me how to port my no to another operator.
