Poor customer care service

I got a sms from airtel on 23 december that khel khel mein service has been activated and rs.10 were deducted from my account.

many times before also airtel has done such things.

they unnecessarily deduct balance from my account.

i called customer care service.. they told me that they had recieved a call from me on 23rd & i had myself asked to activate this service.

i told them that i had not activated the service..

and without any further response they disconnected the call.airtel has become fake. they are not able to provide good customer care service anymore.

when my call was disconnected i again called up customer care..this another person talked to me and asked me to hold the line . i continued holding the line for a long time but there was no response.

already because of the illogical service activated on my phone, balance has been deducted and more of my money is getting wasted in calling and complaining at customer care ..

i am waiting for the scheme with which i will be able to change my connection to vodafone or some other connection..

i am dissatisfied with airtel..its very costly and harasses customers unnecessarily
