I have been using Airtel postpaid a/c for almost 3 years, i have good track record also in the bill payment and got the 6000 INR Credit limit also, but 2009 january i got so much problems with Airtel connectivity, so at that time i understood other providers like Vodafone people are providing excellent coverage and billing vise less also.

i took Vodafone in february and intimated Airtel (customer care) to disconnect the services from february 16th onwards, after so much convincing they told by that month end they 'll disconnect so up to february i paid the bill except 300 inr which was the amount i paid as deposit, but those people sent minimum payment bills up to july month.

i didn't resposnd for them, then in August i got notice kind of thing to pay the 4 months bill.

so how can i take an action against them.

it's not a burden for me to pay, but i want fight against the false (Airtel) jaisa faltoos services. As Software professional how can i take up this action with daily burdens in office or legal proceedings.

Finally what i mean to say is "please don't go for Airtel Postpaid connection" i don't know about prepaid, and also Customer care also, those people won't have the minimum common sense.
