I, ANKUR KHETAN, user of Tata Indicom Prepaid service wide Moblie No. 09250641069. I have used the DND service on 14th October and my reference no. was DND07657874. According to this activation of DND, after 45 days, i should have no promotional calls on my mobile but even after the 60 days, promotional calls are still disturbing me.
From 30th November, i am continuously calling to the customer care for the above matter, but they have a single reply that their system is on upgradation and they cannot help me, please call after some time.
But in last 15days, their system are not upgraded.
please register my complaint.
