I have using Airtel services for so many years, but since last 12 months, I have been regularly communicating to the customer center, Appallete authority, regarding poor service quality. Till date, the issue is not yet resolved and I have been told that a new site is planned in next 3 months... what is happening Airtel... you need to focus on improving consumer lives... I have been patient for long, but, the services are really getting into nerves. Being a loyal consumer, does not really help... services are not improving, neither the responses from appallette or customer services are good. DO SOMETHING, OR, with the number portability, AIRTEL does not stand in good position. I can share the call reference numbers which has been logged by me.
