Rude speaking language and ending the middle of the call

I m airtel prepaid user i had nokia 6708 i had activated airtel live and asked for settings they said by process of 414 get connect to tech dep. u will get settings we dont have the current handset setting automatic u will have to do it manually so i got got connected after 3 days it was busy or no one answering but my money where getting reduced day by day so when call got answered a guy from tech department told me the process but the handset was not getting it i told him its not working on it he said ur doing on paper or cell i said obviously on cell i try it again but nothing happened finally i told him its not working year he said such fools call here and disconnected the call and from that day till today i cant call to tech dept. i m banned from it for proof u can check it still i had not got my settings i had nop activated but no settings how can i get i m not able to call tech department to take manual settings. Very poor service
