Disconnection of my outgoing calls

Iam having a prepaid connection and suddenly my outgoing is bard from services on verification they are asking me the documents again which i have submitted during my conection, i feel harrased because of this and neither they have notified me as i was out of station i suffered a lot mentaly and moneywise which cannot be explained.if there is any govt notification imay be helped and send a copy of the notice.your kind action will be highly obliged.please guide [email protected] 9437089331
