NON-REFUND OF AMOUNT DEBITED FROM A FAILED TRANSACTION FOR ONLINE RECHARGE

Dear Sir,

I had attempted online recharge of my mobile 9433760511 from the bsnl website for amounts of Rs 220.00 & Rs 330.00 on 22.08.09 at 10.40 pm which had failed, although the amount was debited from my account. The amount of Rs 220.00 was credited to my account on 24.08.09 but I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 330.00 even after repeatedly putting up the matter with the Customer Care of BSNL.
