My name is anish kumar and I m a software engineer in bangalore I m having two no. one of TATA DOCOMO and second one is AIRTEL number. From last 2 weeks I m facing a proof problem in my airtel no., I got a message from airtel side that“ Due to proof problem we are going to bared your incoming and outgoing service “.and I have deposit my proof three times in airtel shop and this was my Xerox copy of passport .and now my sim is inactive, I have called to airtel customer care so many times but they told me that once again submit your proof at airtel shop. Now the solution of this problem is I m going to change my house in airtel shop.if u people can`t do anything in this matter so resign from yours job and give a chance to a deserving person. Airtel is worst service provider I have ever seen in my life.in my future it is dead sure I m not going to purchase any airtel number.
