Disconnection Message

Hi,

I am using Airtel prepaid connection since more than 4 years. While purchasing my Airtel sim card, i have submitted all the required documents for the same in Airtel office [Belgaum, Karanataka, India].

Now, since last 10 days i am getting messages from Airtel as follows -

[got following message on Sep 1, Sep 3, Sep 4, Sep 7]

As informed earlier, we have not received the documents pertaining to your Mobile number. Pls submit the same at your nearest POSTOFFICE/AIRTEL SHOWROOM immediately

[got following message on Sep 10]

Inspite of repeated reminders, we have still not received the documents pertaining to your mobile number. Pls submit the same at ur nearest POSTOFFICE/AIRTEL SHOWROOM immediately to avoid disconnection.

Even if i have submitted the documents pertaining to my mobile number at the time of issue of my mobile number, i am getting message saying disconnection of my number.

My airtel mobile number is 9900483641.
