Documents Submitted but disconnected - 7259235921

Hi,

I took a Airtel pre-paid connection 40 days back and it was activated the day 2nd. But from past 2 weeks my connection has been disconnected stating that I have not submitted my documents. However I already submitted the complete documents on day one to the respective shop and when enquired by the dealer, I got to know that it has been submitted on 3-July and serial No is 18.when I called customer care, they said we have not received the documents.

I don’t know what is going on? why after 1 month they have disconnected by connection. When I gave the documents to the shop owner, then only he activated the Sim.

i want immediate action, otherwise I will take a legal action against you people. At any cost I will not re-submit the documents again as I have given the documents with signature and photo.
