I received a call from Airtel executive
Mr. IRFAN on 4th Nov09 regarding advantage pack in which i was not interested and i told him do not activate this pack but I have received a message today 7th Nov09 that the advantage pack is activated I dont know why he has activated the pack when I said NO.
On 7th Nov09 I called Airtel customer care and I through to Ms. Sarita and I informed her about my problem after which she disconnected my call.
This is how your customer care executives work and harras the customer who are using Airtel from last 6 to 7 years.
