I am using a cell phone services provided by IDEA Cellular Ltd since last one year. I am a post paid user (91-9785000011). My complain is in regard against the debarred of my outgoing services. Following are the describe details against the service provider-
The total outstanding bill of around Rs.657/- has been generated for the month of Dec against my mobile no. and I had paid Rs.500/- for that. There was some late payment and some of SMS Pack charges was charged previously against my no. (that occurred due to their fault) and at that time when I complained about these unnecessary charged than I got the assurance that it wouId be waived and was convinced to do payment but it was not waived so when I re complained to them than they informed me to make a payment after this adjustment, So taken this concern I paid a amount of Rs.500/- . Now my humble question is that without any of my fault my cell phone services are barred. Sir, I was on roaming in the last 3 days (Date- Jan 14 to Jan 16) in this my incoming services are also barred, I want to ask that a so necessary services are been barred for a customer who is paying their bill well. I am the only one who's only suffered, my work got suffered, I was the only one who got unconvinced. i think they must been penalize for this.
In the entire complain I just wanted to catch your attention that this is the way of harassment, it is no the matter of Rs.157/- . However I am going to pay rupees 157/- so that my services start working because It again suffering my work but I want that this kind of style of services must be penalize.
