Hi, I have a prepaid cellular number of ideacellular since 2008. Since past one year, I am trying to activate the conference call facility in my mobile. Everytime I call the customer care people asking about how to activate the same, they simply return my call saying that it is a handset feature and that call conference is already activated by default. But it is not true AT ALL. I have tried switching my simcard to each and every handset and trying to use the call conference facility but to no avail. Whereas, the same handset I am using has the conference call facility when I use a Aircel simcard!!! The customer care people are just not listening to my queries and they even are not eager to solve the problem. I just wonder that Ideacellular, which is a giant in telecom is FAKING the customers saying that call conference is not available to them because of their handset. If they are not ready to give the call conference facility, let them tell that on my face. I shall decide then on Mobile number portability facility to retain my number and switching to some other service provider. Before this, I was harassed multiple number of times by the Idea people asking for my documents and keeping my services barred for a number of times. I shall also tell all my friends/relatives/neighbours to do the same since Idea cellular pays no heed to their customers at all. This attitude of Ideacellular is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. If I do not get a reply to this message, I shall go ahead and tell media/post in all social networking websites about this attitude of Ideacellular.
