Idea cellular prepaid
Prepaid card service disabled with my 200 RS recharge

Hi,

I have a IDEA prepaid connection (number 9542277765) Which got activated with proper documentation i recharged with 147 recharge vouchers.

Suddenly it got deactivated and incoming/outgoing not working.

Again i re-submited verification documents 3 more times to ayappa communications (yousufguda). Still Idea customer care dont have any solutions.

I am afraid i have to live like that with recharge money gone with all my efforts.

Please help.
