Sudden Deduction Of Rs. 100 from Prepaid balance

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of Idea Prepaid Cellular Mobile No. 9718894830 Delhi NCR.

In the morning of 20.4.10 at about 0800 or0900 hrs.a deduction of about Rs.100 was made from my above account without my making any call or subscribing to any offer or scheme. On checking up the message box I found a message from sender IZ-54777 which read as follows: "Thanks for downloading".

I wish to inform you that it seems to be an erroneous message as I did not download anything nor did I happen to subscribe to any scheme whatsoever during the past an year or so.

Kindly check the issue up and be considerate enough to credit my hard earned amount deducted erroneously back in the said account.
