Airtel mobile service provider.
Hi,
My airtel prepaid account show 6RS balance at evening,
even my balance was 37.84RS at afternoon. I did not use my mobile for outgoing calls.
I just called for enquiry for reduction my account balance. Customer care executive just ignore my call.
They did not return balance to my account. They just say
your audio movies facility are actived but even i am not activated this type service. If there any method to send complaints. Please send suggestion to my email account: [email protected]
