I have a Idea Prepaid connection. 15 days, Idea Executive called me asked me for convert to Postpaid. Then I said ok. their Executive approached me and collected documents and money (300/-) and executive given one SIM to me. Now they are not responding with call or message. It is nearly 12 days over after they receive my money and documents. Now they are saying that documents which i have submitted is not sufficient/adequate. And the SIM which they have given to me is not activated.
What i have to do with that SIM and What about my money? How i have to get back that money?
