Idea prepaid connection
Improper attendance to complaint

Hello Sir,

I am facing this problem from past two months, am recharging with my Idea Prepaid connection with Rs.150 and never receiving the balance to the a/c. Every time I have to call the customer care to check with the issue. All they say is they have registered a complain and I would receive an SMS with complain No. When I inquire into details, they say its a technical issue. I am not facing any problem when i recharge with any amount less or more than Rs.150. and I dont get updates on this as to why am I facing the proble. ANY BODY THERE TO ASSIST FROM IDEA?
