Recharge Problem

Sir,

I took an airtel pre paid comnnection in last February and my number is 9952975093. On 21-jun, i made a flexi recharge for Rs.100 for this number. But I got a messasge like " Your recharge was not successful" and the time of recharge was 9.36 am. I checked this with the retailer through whom I recharged and he says that his account balance is reduced by Rs. 100 for this recharging. He was not even ready to check with the ransaction Id while I was showing this message on my mobile phone.

the transaction Id is: 2147436359.

Could you please take appropriate actions for preventing this type of cheeting activities and make the proper recharge for that amount.
