Internet usage wrongly billed

Hi team,

I am priyadharshini. S, I am using the airtel postpaid number 9790971431. From the day I started using the postpaid sim, am using the plan of 149 (2 gb plan).

And suddenly some how this plan got deactivated in the month of may and they have activated 98 rs plan instead of that, after a month I called customer care and came to know that my plan got changed.

And the time ie in the month of july when I came to that my plan got changed, I told the customer care executive very clearly that I dont want that plan to be continues, please cancel the same and activate 149 as earlier and also I told them.. I will not make even a single rupee if they gonna charge me later...!!

see, as I told earlier.. this month I got a bill of 5500 only for internet charges that is for 500 mb extra usage in 1 gb (I already told them to activate 2gb plan and they missed to).. now the 1 gb plan is still in activation..

when I was approaching the agents, everyone telling the same thing again and again and no body in a mood to reverse my amount and they were telling me again and again that this plan was activated by me...!!! so yu have to pay...!!

help me in getting reversal for this.

This guys are not at all responding me, everyday am calling but they were telling M that they will get back to me but till date the guy named christy, subramaniam, dinesh from apalate team, nobody called me back.. this is frustrating..

I dont know how to get reversal for this
