I Have purchased 2 Airtel sim's. After using 1 week, they barred all incoming outgoing calls. After that I called to customer care on 121, they told to re-submit the ID Proof to any nearest airtel office. When i went to nearest airtel office (Airtel relation ship center-Gandi Nagar, B'lore) they are not responding well. All though I have again submitted the ID proof & photos along with duly filled enrollment forms (enrollment form nos. are as follows: 8519884 & 2872132) on 26.12.09. Several request is being made to retrieve the connection but till date connection has not been started. I Have registered the complaint on 02.01.09 (complaint no: 010221074500) in their customer care on 121, they told the issue will resolved before 06.01.09, 3.00 pm. again i called to customer care, they ask 2 more days for resolve the issue & given new complaint no. 3017124512. But today they are telling it will take 2 more days for close the complaint.
