Notice of Non payment is send to me for the payment which i am not due
My story
Before travelling to Singapore I checked there website for charges, it was 78.83 for outgoing and 44.13 for incoming
The total outgoing calls made were for 17 minutes all together, 17 x 78.83 = 1340.11/-. (charged as Rs. 1569.72/- @ Rs. 92.13/-)
The total incoming calls where received 24 minutes all together, 24 x 44.13 = 1059.12/-.(charged as Rs. 1256.93/- @ Rs. 52.42/-)
There was no sms where made which is priced as 72.42/- the number listed is not valid number,
GPRS which is priced as 4782.80/-. or 4.75 per kb but website of sintel for Airtel user is 10SD for 1 MB
With concern to call made by me on 121, on 30th August AirTel Executive told me to make payment immediate which was appropriate.
I calculated Payment to be made is

I made the above mentioned payment on 3/9/09 as Cheque No. 498592 Rs. 784/- and 498593 Rs. 3232/-
Refers to Bill Dated 21 September
My current Bill Amounting Rs. 966.07/- is actual Rs. 675.15/- (payment made Cheque No. 097319 Dt. 27/9/09 Rs. 675.15/- )
After making intimation for the above mentioned problem to be solved sill Late payment is been charged to me Rs. 290.92/-
Till Today's date there is no call from Airtel department to resolve my problem and make the correct adjustment. But there are unlimited unwanted calls from AirTel.
As we have good and healthy relation with Airtel since I hereby request you to kindly look in to the matter and solve my problem.
