Not resuming services even after the payment has been made

My name is Mr. Narender Kumar Jain. I am using "Airtel Fixed landline" and i m really frustrated with the kind of services they are providing. My landline no. is 41620967 & my account no. is 11208570. I had paid the bill on 2nd August'2007 & today is 7th august but my services are not yet resumed. I made the payment through easy bill outlet. When i called at customer care, people there said that they will be resuming my services as soon as possible. But when till 4th august my services were not started i again called up but this time they said that they have not received any payment from our side. They even made promises that they will resume my services within few hours whenever i called them... but they were all false promises. Now, they are saying that my payment is not reflecting at there end and they cannot do anything for me. One of the executive even replied to me very rudely saying that they cannot help me. The only thing they do is they transfer my line from one executive to another and this is happening with me for the past one week. This is not for the first time that is happening, this happens every time. I have all the receipts and documents that are required...

I hope my problem will be solved.
