Dear Sir
Please note that our landline telephone 0484-2225483 has been out of service since last month. We have complained about it several times but in vain. We didn’t even get any proper response as to when the problem will be solved. We wonder why we pay the rent for the telephone line. Moreover, we are unable to use the dial-up internet service as well.
There is no point in keeping the phone connection any more if it is continuously in a dead status. We are seriously considering about disconnecting the BSNL line and subscribe to any other private phone services. It seems that this is what BSNL employees want us to do.
Please at least inform us whether you will be able to solve the problem. Await your reply so as to accordingly.
