Residential Landline 2200012 at Naigaon (East) Dist Thane does not work approx. 15 days in a month. Frequent cable faults and fault rectification takes 4-5 days. This is a general complaint in the area - most people's phones are dead. Many have discontinued the landline service because of bad services.. Considering that complete rental is charged, Kalyan Telecom should ensure that proper services are provided. We have been paying full rental for 50% service. Here I am asking for service for the money charged by Kalyan Telecom! - Request Kalyan Telecom to initiate corrective action and assure us of the required services!!!
