Subject: Complaint against service on telephone No. 0120 – 2607791.

Sir,

I am a central government employee and to avail the discount of 20% on broadband connections, offered by BSNL, I applied online for a BSNL broadband connection at my residence at T-15, M-8, Mangalam Villas, Abhaya Khand III, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad10, on 26.3.2011.

One representative of BSNL came to my residence on 4.4.2011 and got the requisite forms filled by me and collected the necessary documents from me. As per his version one connection will be provided to me within four to five days. Accordingly, I disconnected the broadband connection running at my residence provided by Airtel and was running without complaints.

Wirings alongwith one telephone instrument were provided at my residence on 9.2.2011 and one No.(0120 2607791) was allotted to me on 11.2.2011. Right from the allotment of this number there was a noise on the line. I made two-three computerized complaints for the same from the landline itself, but as there was a noise I could not hear and note down the complaint numbers. After making several requests finally one person came to install broadband to my computer on 20.1.2011. He connected the line with already installed wirings at my residence and declared that the line is faulty and broadband cannot work if the line is not clear. He disappeared by telling that he will be back within ten minutes. The matter was informed to Shri Prasad on telephone number (0941277526).

Shri Prasad is now clueless and could not inform how many days will be taken to repair the faulty line. As an internet connection is very much required for matters relating to study of my daughter, her study is suffering without an internet connection at my residence. I feel, I have done a mistake by shifting to BSNL from AIRTEL. I am going to take service from Airtel, again.

As the line is faulty since the very first day of connection and consequently broadband could not be used and it is not likely to be set right in near future, I am constrained to request you to disconnect the telephone number 0120-2607791, immediately.
