I have purched LG / GX200 mobile handset from N.S.M. services 76, circular road, near Ranchi Women's college, Ranchi contact No. 09934072536, 09334700131 TIN 20290306644 vide his Retail Invoice SI.No. 2062 on dated 01.08.2010 and after 2 or 3 days I have been continously facing such problem that the set is always searching and call drops and set blackout and then restart. After the suggestion given by retailer I went to LG IT services, Capital Plaza, Purulia road, ranchi-1 on dated 10.08.2010. They have repair the set immediately. But again after one week the above problem continues, even its problem frequency increases. What can I do sir? I am a very busy and responsible Govt. Officer. It is likely to impossible for me to daily or weekly visit your service centre and Mobile phone is mandatory for my job.
This defective Mobile set can create my major job problem, and it is only cause of your such defective set. How can I belive with LG Product. Kindly arrange to solve my such problem to change with a NON- Dfective Mobile Hand Set.
