Overcharging for International Roaming

I am owning a Loop Mobile number - 9821089977 since more than a decade. I traveled to China and Hong Kong between 10th April and 19th April. My phone calls were diverted to a Mumbai number.

When in China from 10th to 18th April, I was charged Re 1 per diverted call. On 19th, I was in Hong Kong. I

was charged Rs 75 (incoming charges) Rs 150 (outgoing charges) for every call.

I was not informed of this policy nor was any sanction taken from me for this charges as required by TRAI.

I seek a complete waiver of all charges and taxes for these diverted calls.
