Delay in new land line connection

I am chandramohan appled for a new telephone land line connection on 6th March in my house at Chennai (thirumazhai) as per the following details.

Ref NO: 81179810 AN : 82184830

At that time (6th March), I submitted my installation charge; it was assured to me that in a maximum 5to10 days my phone would be installed.

But almost 1 month is over now, no connection is made. And no feedback also given to me.
