Non-instalation of land line telephone

I applied for installation of land line telephone at BSNL office Pathankot. As per the advice of BSNL authorities I deposited telephone security and in turn I was allotted Tele No. 0186-2247199 on 10 Jan. However the installation of land line tele is still awaited from BSNL. My residential address is as under:-
