NO CONNECTIVITY

Suddenly my mobile handset 's connectivity has been lost. This is with sufficient fund available on my Pre Paid account.

No reason has been assigned.

On changing the handset and inserting the SIM into another handset, the label EMERGENCY CALLS only is displayed on the handset. I am on ROAMING since ten days & this problem is found since 2 days.
