On 15 April at 09.20 p.m I got a message on my BSNL pre-paid Mob. No.9412604928 from MIMOBITV (554471040) stating 'THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WEEKS RS.40/WEEk. TO UNSUBSCRIBE SEND MYUNSUB to 55447'. On checking my BSNL account, it was found that a sum of Rs.40 has been deducted.
I am shocked. Because the subscription has been done by MIMOBITV without my consent and knowledge. After that I immediately unsubscribed it by sending the message, but my balance has already been deducted. After calling to BSNL customer care, they said that they can't do anything because subscription is activated by you. Even though Rs. 40 isn't a big amount but I request you (APALYA TECHNOLOGIES FOR MIMOBITV) to stop this cheating and false practice and refund the deducted amount otherwise I'll be compelled to go against you in consumer court.
