My MTNL 24323389 Broad Band Connection facing problum since a long.
At least for last 3-4 months constant complaints on 1504 IVRS, Assited, Online, call to line man, SDO etc are made but yeild no results.
Even my mails to [email protected] (SDE-ADSL) on 6- March with no results. Also a reminder on 27 Mar.
I feel no option of carriying on this burdon any long and insist MTNL to refund the cost of service paid by me due to department negligence in the past 6 months atleast depending on the usage destruptions available on their server log. Let be MTNL select to panalise one of the official for the negligence.
