I have applied for installation of MTNL phone as well as broadband (Combo offer) on 14th August. Despite repeated attempt with the dept. to get it installed, i have not yet succeeded. Every other days department is coming with some excuse. It's very pathetic to see the attitude of MTNL employees. God forbid, if this attitude continues than days are not far off when MTNL will become extinct.
