More than a week back, my MTNL Line 91-22-25020031 (Ghatkopar West, Himalaya Soc) got disconnected which was later discovered due to a cable fault, cable allegedly broken down by MMRDA...
This is the second time its happening since the last month and I cannot appreciate a disruption in service which lasts so long with no notice of when it'll get resolved
All calls to customer complaint... have yeiled no specific response
hence the online complaint.. complaint number at MTNL in 4929
