Dolphin Prepaid connection – Unauthorised every month deduction of Rs 30
Hi i am Birender Singh, i am enjoying a prepaid sim connection of MTNL Dolphin. Since last 6 to 8 months they are deducting Rs. 30/- per month towards monthly subscription of music station without my permission. Despite several request to Customer Care for stopping this unauthorised deduction and additionally message sent for unsubscribe to 5777023, they have charged from me Rs.36 for 2 calls to dial 57777023 for unsubscribtion. It means I have lost today Rs. 30 for unnecessary subscription and 36 for unscribe. Please do the needful for closing this unauthorised deduction in future. In past I had faced these types of problem like jokes etc.
