I have been using the MTNL no. 29847904 since last 18 years.
I have recently paid the bill amounting to Rs 720 through the online portal through the credit card.
The charges are debited, however the MTNL a/c shows the bill as unpaid.
When i try to address my grievenace to the card issuer they ask me to contact the merchant which is MTNL in this case.
I called up the customer helpline and finally got through after half hour and the executive tells me that he cannot do anything on resolution.
When i asked him to further help, he gives me one no. (apparently for billing dept.) which is continously busy.
I tried to reach the billing but no avail and then i realised that in case of a problem there is no grievance handling mecahnism, hence i am posting this complaint.
