In our colony, 5 telephone lines are dead since 23 days, none of the MTNL people including GM is giving proper answer.
the line man Mr Mohan has visited couple of times & said 2~3, mahine mein ho jayega..
we asked them to replace the cable if cable fault and we tenants will give cable as MTNL is not having. but even then they are not responding
i tried calling sevral numbers - 24016868 / 24145556 / 24072000 / 24051300 / 24051400 & many more.. as soon as i call to any number they give me new number saying . go and approach on this.. but at the end no result...
written complaint also given to customer care office, 3rd floor Matunga . but no update.
Mr Mohan is also not good in talking ..langauge used by his abusive.

4454 /733 /1205 /588 /6955 /6915.
dont know what to do now...
