Landline Phone not working since past 20days

I have a landline telephone of MTNL (No. 25156378) which is dead from past 20 days.

I had raised a complaint with MTNL for the same on 11th July at their help line number (25152198) - Complaint No. 1933.

We have made 3-4 visits to their telephone exchange, but the end result is that the line is still down.
