My Name is Anupam Sharma, I am a Prepaid User of MTNL.
A month back i Activated MTNL's DIY Caller tune Facility. it generally takes 12 - 24 hours to Activate that, but even after a month, they haven't Activated it.
Everyday i used to talk to CSEs But they are Not at all aware that what they need to do..Some of them are completly "mad"..they cut my call..they give silly reasons..some time they simply torture.
They dont transfer the call to concerned Department.
Sometime i could talk to Playtune Department as well, But all was in Vain as Even the did nothing.
For a month or so, i used to spend my hour or two daily talking to these idiots. Genuienly they completly Mentally harressed me.
I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN AGAINST ALL THE Concerned Individuals and Against MTNL as well. if you can't Solve the Problems, Why the hell you are Operating.
