Goods are not in envelope

I have send the courier on date 16-11 serial no is 2014353940.from Delhi to the address of Raja khan Teliya dam, koderma, jharkhand, but when the reciver go to the courier shop for recive the courier its was empty.and envelope are tear from lower side...

i told this matter to the Delhi courier shop near laxmi nagr metro station but its reply... asb bhula gaya hai to nahi mile ga...

kindly sir see this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible
