I am ex-employee of NE Technologies India Pvt Ltd. Total 33 employees (out of 55) were fired when client (ADTRAN) closed their project in NE Technologies. Literally NE Tech tried to screw their client ADTRAN by screwing employees. When they fired, they didn't give two months notice salary, instead they are asking employees to resign before two months. Further more to this unethical behavior, they are putting constraints on our future jobs. We 33 employees were not allowed to join in ADTRAN and CMC for next one year (even after the termination) because ADTRAN is their client and they want to screw ADTRAN by putting this constraint and CMC is working for ADTRAN so they want to screw CMC as well.By doing this, NE Technologies directly screwing its own employees and pulling employees families on to road and indirectly hitting ADTRAN.
The most unethical part here is, NE Technologies filed a case against CMC as they offered jobs to few employees even in projects other than ADTRAN.
Why we are not allowed to join CMC in projects other than ADTRAN???
NE Technologies management is such a stupid management that they didn't considered us as employees, they always treated us like slaves and they neither ready to continue us in jobs nor they are allowing us to join CMC or ADTRAN.
