Hi! this is Parasharam Jadhav from Vasco -Goa, i had purchase a nokia 6500 slider mobile from Nixon Enterprises Dated on 26/12 at a price of 13, 200/-. After using hardly for one months the mobile started giving problem, the problem i face was the battery suddenly showed automatic charging even though the charger was not connected & in some couple of time the mobile gets switch off with battery fully drained. The next day i took the hanset to the dealer & discussed about the problem & he promise me that he will solve the problem & return the cell in 15 to 20 days.
After 25th day i received the cell & the dealer told me that the problem was solved, i took the cell home & the next day the same problem occured. Then i again took the cell to the same dealer & show the problem .then he told that he will be sending this cell to DELHI to HCL for repair & it will take 1 & 1/2 months, but i received it after two months saying that the problem is solved. after two days the same problem. This was repeated almost five times in the warranty period & now i was fadeup of this problem & told the dealer to provide me the replacement, but almost 1& 1/2 month have passed i didnt got my cell nor any replacement for it, but only fake promises that u will receive by next week.
What was the use of busy such an expensive cell & hardly using the cell for two month in one period
I cannot beer this any more as i have to travel 20 KMS to the dealer from my residents & waste my pestigous time of my busy shedule as i am working for Goa Airport & dont get time for their fake promises
