Very poor customer service!

I had some queries that i wanted answered and so i called the 121 so called anywhere anytime customer service number. I was really irritated that there is no option for English and the Ive was totally Hindi and to top it up there was no option to get to a rep. When i finally got one on the line he answered one of my questions and then hung up so i called again and this time i asked for a supe cause i wanted to complain but the rep on the phone said that there is just one supe and he is busy so he cannot come to the phone and then he too hung up. The third time i called up and got a supe the supe hung up on me now i was really frustrated and called again to get a good rep who answered my questions and lodged a complaint for me. I just wanted some questions answered but these people are so insensitive about a customers needs. I can definitely understand that there could be tech problem that the line kept getting disconnected but the Customer service dose not have the decency to even call back. I must say that if the service keeps going down the gutter the way it is then a lot of their customers are gonna go to other cell phone providers.
