I purchased of Nokia mobile C5-00 and also BH-218 Bluetooth on 04/09. my first complaints in Nokia care center on 06/09/11
when i purchased my mobile that time i check of my piece with Bluetooth, it has cleared to audio of outgoing by Bluetooth.
After that i disconnected my Bluetooth device with mobile then i checked it, it was defected product which i purchased from well known mobile manufacturing company in India.
i complaint to replace my handset and tack back defective handset. They cant replace it, what can i do action about those player who will not be accepted their responsibility.

Being world renouned/famous NOKIA manufacturing hand-set (mobile), i wonder that how it is failed working (my mobile) within 2 days? Whether it is not fulfil technical test by company? Or dealer has sold me defective peice/article? Why should i suffer, as paid handsome amount Rs. 7400 cash? Should i contact consumer redressal forum? You are requested to replace it and tack back this defective peice even from dealer, otherwise it will harm company’s goodwill in Indian market.
Please do need ful at your earliest and communicate with your dealer for REPLACEMENT procedure at your earliest. )
