Miss using the consumer document

Respected sir

I have subscribe in Sim of Aircel communication and after 1 week they have barred my outgoing call as ascribe that consumer did not submitted the document. Again submitted the document (Pan card & Driving License)

. After Submitted the they have re-activated my services and then 2 week, A call coming from Verification department and gave me response that your SIM is not register with your Identification and declare that your all service will disconnected as miss match of Identification. Connection had registered with else person name is sandeep, lived in Varanasi. hard copy of any document (Consumer ID) without taking signature & purpose. they are keeping and later on using the illegal purpose
