Poor customer service

I have aircel network, i am vinoth from pondy.my mobile no 7373436012.I have been using this mobile no for the past 2 years. I have active hello tune recently. When i recharge my mobile no. Within 2 days 2 times Rs.30 and sometime Rs.1 or 2 charged from my account. Suddenly first time, i have spoken to aircel customer care. They are telling me some service active on your account that’s why its happen. Then After 2 days again Rs.30 charged from my account. Again i have call to aircel customer care service, that time one lady attend my call (date: 24-09).she was giving wrong information, I am asking one. She is telling wrong information.totaly i am very unhappy with your service. Particularly that lady abserting me. I having one option mobile portability. Now i am going to using this option to change aircel to airtel network.my friends also told me airtel network is very good customer service.so i am also suggest my airtel network is very good network.
